We perform visual inspection of parts that do not meet quality requirements; the parts are inspected using both classical and special gauges.

We perform minor repairs and finishing works on controlled parts according to the customer’s order.

We perform input and output controls according to the customer’s requirements, CSL1, CSL2.

Everyone who works on an ordered job is our own employee. Each of them has completed an interview with an HR specialist and met the basic requirements to be hired. The Company’s robust internal structure enables capable employees to grow to the positions of Team Leaders and Supervisors. So, the employees are well motivated.

All our employees are equipped with the necessary PPE as standard. Therefore, they arrive at an order site not only dressed properly, but also equipped with the necessary protective equipment and tools. The required level of equipment is always pre-discussed with the responsible personnel.

The initial placement of new employees for projects carried out on our own premises has proven to be great. Under the supervision of experienced colleagues, newcomers have the opportunity to quickly learn basic quality control rules. We eliminate potential mistakes in our customers’ orders.
